The Seed Swapping Station at the CommUnity Zone is inspired by the Hawaii-based Eating in Public‘s seed sharing program.

 

 

 

 

 

This system offers an easily accessible space for home gardeners to exchange seeds and tips on how to best grow fruits and vegetables.This exchange system is free for use by the community.

 

Anyone can swap his/her seeds for other seeds. This station gives beginning gardeners the opportunity to learn how to effectively grow their own plants.

 

 

They can learn about what soil conditions, watering methods, and amount of sunshine is best for lively gardens.
