Youth Winter Talent Show

 

A few months ago a young man dropped by the CommUnity Zone asking if we could find a way to work with together.  When we asked what he had in mind, his first thought was to have a book club or a discussion with his peers about issues.  Well, many discussions later, we settled on having a Youth Talent Show in which, he would be the Master of Ceremonies, and that was the beginning of what led us all to join in with Sam’s vision. 

 

A few shout outs and thanks to the following people, without whom, we would not have been able to bring this fantastic event to our community:

 

• To Andrea Tufo and Billie Levitan of the Heiter Center for allowing us to have the show at the center, you could not have been more accommodating, it has been such a joy working with the two of you.

• To Bucknell students Emily Burlingam , Cristal Hermosillo, Austin Smith, Maddie Lawrence and Emily Hough for all their work to make this night possible.

• To Carl Kirby who was kind enough to loan us the sound system and to David Felicio for running the sound for us tonight.
